Katism Games (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) operates a mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, and protects personal information when users use the App.

This version includes Firebase, AdMob, ironSource (Unity LevelPlay), Unity Ads, Google Login, Apple Login, and hashed device information. Push notifications, GPS, and contact information are not collected.

1. Personal Information Collected

1.1 Information Provided Directly by Users

The App does not require separate registration or submission of personal information to use the game.
When submitting customer inquiries, minimal contact information such as an email address may be collected.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Operating system (OS) version (e.g., Android 14, iOS 17)
A pseudonymized identifier generated by applying a SHA-256 one-way hash to the device model name and device name (the original information is neither stored nor transmitted)
App version, language settings, session duration, crash logs, and gameplay events
Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) – used for ad delivery and frequency capping
During service provision, certain third-party SDKs (such as Firebase and advertising SDKs) may temporarily process communication identifiers (IP address) to generate statistical information (e.g., aggregated country or regional-level data). The Company does not store such IP addresses or location information, nor does it use them for location-based services.

The Company does not collect the following information: GPS location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, push tokens.

These services may collect advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data. Users may disable personalized advertising through their device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Company does not collect or store payment card information. Only minimal non-identifiable information such as purchase tokens, product IDs, and purchase timestamps is received.

6. Provision and Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company does not sell or rent users’ personal information.
Data may be provided to third-party service providers to the extent necessary for service provision.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If the Company becomes aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

8. Users’ Rights

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, suspension of processing of their personal information, or withdrawal of consent. Users may also opt out of receiving personalized advertisements. Requests may be submitted via the email address below.

9. Retention Period and Security Measures

The Company deletes collected information without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved. Hashed identifiers and analytics data are securely stored in a form that cannot directly identify individuals.

10. Cross-Border Data Transfers

The Company may process personal information on servers located in the Republic of Korea, the United States, or other countries for service operation. By using the App, users are deemed to have consented to such transfers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company may revise this Policy as necessary. In the event of changes, the updated version will be posted within the App or on the official website with the effective date specified.
