How to Delete Your Game Account

You can delete your account directly from the in-game settings menu.

Account Deletion Procedure

1. Launch the game.
2. Tap the Settings button located in the top right corner.
3. Select the Delete Account menu.
4. Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions.

Information That Will Be Deleted

• Player progress data
• Inventory and purchased items
• Server logs (login records, error logs, etc.)
• All account-related data stored on the server

Retention Period

Your account deletion request will enter a 15-day pending period. During this time, you may cancel the request by contacting support.

After the 15-day grace period, all related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
